Step In Step Up: Mentorship that moves young men forward
Step In Step Up is our mentorship program for young males. We guide young men through one-on-one mentorship, character development, and leadership training — helping them step into their purpose and step up in their communities with confidence and faith.
Weekly one-on-one check-ins
Every Saturday morning, mentors meet with the same young man for honest conversation and encouragement.
Life skills workshops
Hands-on sessions covering budgeting, resume writing, public speaking, and conflict resolution, led by community pros.
Spiritual grounding sessions
Short devotionals and scripture discussions tailored to what young men face at school, home, and online.
Goal setting and accountability
Each young man sets three personal goals per quarter and checks progress with a mentor who asks the hard questions.
